Terms and Conditions

  • All sales are final. No return, exchange, or refund unless the item sent does not match our description.
  • Delivery will take 2-5 days within Peninsular Malaysia, and up to 7 days for Sabah and Sarawak. Tracking number will be updated through email once order posted out. Please inform us if you do not receives your order within time frame stated.
  • We (exclusivelyUSA) do not accept consignments and trade-ins. Items sold are brand new.
  • We (exclusivelyUSA) certainly do not tolerate impatient, picky, and rude buyers.
  • The prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
  • No Dust Bag, No Box except watch/gift set, No Paper Bag will be given unless stated. Add paperbag for gift – RM10 (depends on availability, please contact us to add)
  • Please be noted that all the goods are purchased at the USA Outlet/Retail store at a discounted price, which means sometimes they are not in perfect condition. Minor dents, marks, wrinkles or scratches are normal.
  • Therefore, we (exclusivelyUSA) will not accept returns due to minor defects UNLESS it is major defects that make you (customer) unable to use the product purchased from us.
  • We (exclusivelyUSA) will NOT be HELD RESPONSIBLE if anything happens during the delivery process. Once the parcel has been passed to the courier partner, we will no longer have responsiblity over the parcel.
  • If something happens during the delivery process, the customer/reseller must take the initiative to follow up with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
  • ALL PARCELS are insured up to RM200. Additional insurance is not available for offer.
  • Please report any product faulty/defect within 3 (three) days of product acceptance. Any report receives after 3 days of product delivered will not be entertained.
  • You (customer) are hereby, agreed to our terms and conditions.
